Allied Dental Education Programs

Allied dental educators typically have experience in dental medicine prior to beginning careers as educators. Faculty requirements differ by school, but they typically only hire applicants with bachelor’s degrees at a minimum. Dental hygiene educators are usually required to hold graduate degrees. Allied dental educators are required to complete continuing education requirements to remain licensed.
