Geriatrician Schools and Colleges

Geriatricians are internists specializing in medical care for the elderly. Internists are medical doctors who diagnose and treat internal organ disorders without surgery. Since they’re medical doctors, geriatricians are required to complete medical school and a residency, which typically takes 8 years to complete. Each state has different licensing requirements for medical doctors.

Explore a directory of colleges and universities offering career training and degree programs that prepare students for careers as geriatricians.
